  • Absolutely not. Most of our members start after a long break or are brand new to fitness. We built BoxHiit30 to be judgment-free, beginner-friendly, and supportive.

  • We’re built for busy people who don’t have time for rigid class schedules or intimidating workouts. Our sessions are 30 minutes, fully guided, and built for real life — not fitness influencers.

  • Just comfy workout clothes and a water bottle. We’ll lend you gloves and wraps if you don’t have your own. And your first session includes a body scan + intro chat.

  • Yes! Just have them sign up for their own 7-day free trial on the same page — or message us and we’ll sort it for you both.

On Arrival:

  • Know your license plate

  • Drive in — barrier lifts automatically

  • Tell us your plate at reception

  • 90 mins free from when you enter

  • Barrier lifts again when leaving — no ticket needed
