BoxHiit30 Promotional Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply specifically to the promotional programs described below and operate alongside BoxHiit30’s standard Membership Terms & Conditions.

Where any conflict exists, these promotional terms apply only for the duration of the promotion. Once the promotional period ends, all ongoing training is governed by the standard BoxHiit30 Membership Terms & Conditions.

Promotions cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

8-WEEK TRANSFORMATION CHALLENGE — 2027 TRAINING PRIZE DRAW

Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is BoxHiit30 Kaiapoi (“BoxHiit30”), located at 99 Williams Street, Kaiapoi, New Zealand.

2. Promotion

The promotion forms part of the BoxHiit30 Kaiapoi 8-Week Transformation Challenge.

The standard Challenge fee is $899 and includes the advertised eight-week training, coaching, progress tracking and associated Challenge inclusions.

There is no additional charge to enter the prize draw.

3. Promotion Period

Entries open at 12:00am on 17 August 2026 and close at 11:59pm on 11 October 2026.

Each participant receives their own full eight-week Challenge period based on their individual start date.

Only Challenges purchased during the Promotion Period are eligible for entry into the prize draw.

4. Eligibility

Entry is available to individuals who:

  • purchase the BoxHiit30 Kaiapoi 8-Week Transformation Challenge for $899 during the Promotion Period;

  • are accepted into the Challenge;

  • complete the required BoxHiit30 membership/Challenge documentation; and

  • are eligible to train at BoxHiit30 Kaiapoi under BoxHiit30's standard membership and health and safety requirements.

The promotion is exclusive to BoxHiit30 Kaiapoi.

Employees of BoxHiit30 and members of their immediate household are not eligible to enter the prize draw.

5. How to Enter

Each eligible Challenge purchase automatically receives:

ONE entry into the 2027 Training Prize Draw.

No additional purchase or payment is required.

Each person may receive a maximum of one entry.

6. Challenge Finisher Requirements

The following requirements are used to recognise participants as official Challenge Finishers:

  • Complete at least 24 BoxHiit30 workouts during their individual eight-week Challenge;

  • Complete their required start, midpoint and final progress assessments/scans;

  • Complete at least 7 of the 8 weekly Challenge check-ins; and

  • Attend or complete their final results review.

Challenge Finisher status is part of the coaching program and is separate from entry into the random prize draw.

BoxHiit30 may reasonably accommodate illness, injury or exceptional circumstances when administering the Challenge program.

7. Prize

There is one major prize:

$899 BOXHIIT30 KAIAPOI MEMBERSHIP CREDIT

The prize is valued at NZ$899 and is intended to be used toward the winner's BoxHiit30 Kaiapoi training during 2027.

The prize:

  • is provided as BoxHiit30 Kaiapoi membership/training credit;

  • is not redeemable for cash;

  • is not transferable to another person;

  • cannot be sold or exchanged;

  • may be applied progressively against eligible BoxHiit30 Kaiapoi membership charges;

  • does not entitle the winner to a cash refund for previously paid training; and

  • must be used in accordance with the applicable BoxHiit30 membership terms.

Any unused prize credit remaining after 31 December 2027 expires unless BoxHiit30 agrees otherwise in writing.

8. Existing or Continuing Members

If the winner has already converted from the Challenge onto an ongoing BoxHiit30 Kaiapoi membership, the $899 prize credit will be applied against their eligible future membership payments.

Winning the prize does not remove or replace any separate Challenge Continuation Credit the participant has already qualified for.

Accordingly, an eligible participant may receive both:

  • their applicable Challenge Continuation Credit; and

  • the $899 2027 Training Prize if selected as the winner.

9. Challenge Continuation Credit

The Challenge Continuation Credit is a separate membership offer and is not part of the prize draw.

Eligible Challenge participants may be offered:

6-Month Continuation
$450 of their Challenge investment credited progressively toward an eligible six-month BoxHiit30 Kaiapoi membership.

12-Month Continuation
The full $899 Challenge investment credited progressively toward an eligible 12-month BoxHiit30 Kaiapoi membership.

Where a participant initially selects the six-month option and subsequently qualifies for an eligible six-month renewal, BoxHiit30 may offer the remaining $449 as membership credit across the renewal term.

Separate membership terms and conditions apply.

Unused continuation credit may be forfeited if the applicable membership commitment is cancelled early, subject to the participant's legal rights and the applicable membership agreement.

10. Draw

The winner will be selected at random from all valid eligible entries.

The draw will take place in December 2026, after the final rolling Challenge intake has completed its eight-week Challenge.

The final draw date will be stated in the promotional material before entries open.

The draw will be conducted by BoxHiit30 in a manner that gives each valid entry an equal chance of being selected.

11. Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted using the contact details held by BoxHiit30.

BoxHiit30 will make reasonable attempts to contact the winner.

The winner may also be announced through BoxHiit30's website, social media channels, member communications and/or at the BoxHiit30 Kaiapoi Challenge Finale.

12. Publicity

Subject to the winner's consent where required, BoxHiit30 may invite the winner to participate in reasonable promotional content relating to the Challenge and prize.

Participation in promotional photographs, videos or testimonials is not a condition of receiving the prize unless separately agreed.

13. Accuracy of Entry Information

Participants are responsible for ensuring the contact information provided to BoxHiit30 is accurate and current.

BoxHiit30 is not responsible for an inability to contact a participant where incorrect or outdated information has been supplied.

14. Changes and Cancellation

The material conditions of the promotion will not be changed after the promotion begins.

If circumstances outside BoxHiit30's reasonable control prevent the promotion or draw from being conducted as advertised, BoxHiit30 will act reasonably and in accordance with applicable New Zealand law.

15. Fair Trading and Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any rights a participant may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, Fair Trading Act 1986, or other applicable New Zealand consumer law.

16. Acceptance

Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Participants should retain or have access to these terms for the duration of the promotion.

Sponsored 8 Week Full Body Transformation Program

1. Program Overview

The BoxHiit30 Sponsored 8-Week Transformation Program is a promotional program where selected participants receive eight weeks of training and coaching sponsored by BoxHiit30.

Training and coaching (valued at approximately $599) are provided free of charge, subject to participants meeting the accountability conditions outlined below.

2. Eligibility & Selection

Participation is by application via the BoxHiit30 website or social media campaigns.

Final selection may require an in-person or phone consultation with a BoxHiit30 coach.

Participants must be 18 years or older (or have parental consent if under 18).

3. Commitment Deposit

Selected participants are required to pay a Commitment Deposit to secure their place.

• The deposit amount varies by location (typically $299–$599)

• The deposit confirms commitment and reserves the sponsored position

• The deposit may be refunded upon successful completion of the program requirements

4. Completion Requirements

To qualify for a full refund of the deposit, participants must:

• Attend a minimum of 3 sessions per week (24 sessions across 8 weeks)

• Complete body scans at the start and end of the program

• Follow coaching guidance during the program

• Maintain respectful behaviour toward staff and members

• Provide progress photos for internal progress tracking (not publicly shared without consent)

Failure to meet completion conditions may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

5. Required Gear Pack

Participants maybe required to purchase the BoxHiit30 Gear Pack for hygiene, safety, and training tracking.

The Gear Pack ($200) includes:

• Boxing gloves

• Hand wraps

• Three body composition scans

The Gear Pack fee is separate from the deposit and is non-refundable.

6. Total Program Cost

Total program cost consists of:

Deposit + Gear Pack.

Example:

$300 deposit + $200 gear pack = $500 total.

If the program is completed successfully, the deposit portion is refunded.

The gear pack remains the participant’s property.

7. Withdrawal or Non-Completion

If a participant withdraws from the program early or fails to meet completion conditions:

• The training portion of the program remains sponsored

• The commitment deposit will be forfeited

• The gear pack remains the participant’s property

8. Continuation After Program

At the end of the program, participants may choose to continue training on a standard BoxHiit30 membership.

Completion of the program may provide access to exclusive continuation offers.

9. Refund Process

Deposits that qualify for refund will be processed within 10 business days after program completion.

Refunds will be returned to the original payment method where possible.

Free 8 Week Full Body Transformation Programme

1. Program Overview

The Free 8-Week Transformation Challenge is a sponsored training program offered by BoxHiit30.

Participants receive eight weeks of training and coaching at no charge, provided the participation conditions are met.

2. Eligibility & Enrolment

Participants must be 18 years or older (or have parental consent if under 18).

Entry is typically through online registration and a trial session.

Final enrolment requires signing this agreement.

3. Program Duration

The program runs for eight consecutive weeks from the participant’s official start date.

Participants are expected to attend training consistently throughout the program.

4. What’s Included

Participants receive:

• Unlimited BoxHiit30 group training sessions

• Coaching and accountability support

• Access to body composition tracking and Myzone (where available)

5. Required Gear Pack

All participants maybe required to purchase the BoxHiit30 Gear Pack ($200).

The pack includes:

• Boxing gloves

• Hand wraps

• Three body composition scans

The Gear Pack is required for participation and is non-refundable.

6. Participation Conditions

Participants agree to:

• Train consistently throughout the program

• Attend recommended sessions each week

• Participate in progress tracking such as scans or check-ins

• Support the program by sharing progress where possible

Participants may also be invited to provide testimonials or reviews upon completion.

7. Failure to Meet Program Conditions

If a participant withdraws early or does not meet the participation requirements, BoxHiit30 reserves the right to convert the promotion to the standard 8-week program fee of $599, with credit applied for any completed weeks.

8. Continuation After the Program

At the end of the program, participants may choose to continue on a regular BoxHiit30 membership.

Continuation is optional.

Universal Clauses (Apply To All Promotions)

Health & Safety

Boxing and high-intensity training involve physical exertion and inherent risks.

Participants confirm they are medically fit to participate and must disclose any injuries or health conditions before training.

BoxHiit30 reserves the right to modify exercises or restrict participation for safety reasons.

Booking Policy

All sessions must be booked through the official BoxHiit30 booking system.

Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in booking restrictions.

• Promotions may be modified or withdrawn at any time.

• Promotions are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
