28-Day Beginner Boxing Program

Important Notice:

These Terms & Conditions apply specifically to the 28-Day Beginner Boxing Program and are in addition to BoxHiit30’s standard Membership Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between the two, these terms take precedence during the 28-Day Program.

At the conclusion of the program, standard membership terms will apply to all ongoing services.

1. Promotion Details

Original Value: $599
Duration: 28 consecutive days from your first booked session
Offer Validity: Limited to 10 participants per intake.

2. What’s Included

Enrolment includes:

Unlimited access to group sessions for 28 days
Evolt 360 body composition scans (pre- and post-program)
Nutrition Guide
Boxing gloves to keep
Up to $150 in completion rewards (conditions apply)

3. Payment & Commitment

Full payment of promotional price is required at the time of sign-up to secure your spot
Payment details and selection of an ongoing membership will be collected by staff at your first in-person session
Your ongoing membership will automatically begin after the 28-Day Program unless you choose to opt out before Day 28
If you choose to cancel the future membership before completing the 28-Day Program, you will forfeit the remaining days of the program immediately, as your commitment was linked to continued participation
The same 14-day satisfaction guarantee applies to your ongoing membership: if you attend 3 or more sessions within the first 14 days of that membership and are not satisfied, you’ll receive a full refund of your first membership payment

4. Bookings & Attendance

All sessions must be booked in advance via the GymMaster app
A minimum of 3 sessions per week is strongly recommended for best results
Missed sessions are non-refundable and cannot be rolled over
Completion of a waiver and safety induction is required before participating in sessions
At your first session, staff will collect your payment details and set up your selected ongoing membership plan. This step is required to complete your registration and activate full access to the 28-Day Program

5. Program Expectations

This is a structured, results-focused program. To qualify for completion rewards:

Attend at least 10 sessions during the 28-Day Program
Complete your follow-up Evolt scan within 3 days of finishing
Participate in scheduled accountability check-ins (in person or online)

6. Completion Rewards

Completion rewards are only available to participants who continue into an ongoing membership
This includes the $50 LSKD voucher and any other prize-based or giveaway incentives associated with challenge completion
All other items (e.g. gloves, nutrition guides, scans) are yours to keep regardless of whether you continue as a member

7. Refund Policy

A 14-day satisfaction guarantee applies to the 28-Day Program: if you attend 3 or more sessions in the first 14 days and are not satisfied, your $59 will be fully refunded
No refunds are granted after 14 days under any circumstances
The same 14-day guarantee applies to the ongoing membership if you continue beyond the program

8. Eligibility & Exclusions

Program is open to first-time participants only
Not available to current or former BoxHiit30 members
Cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount
Participants must be 16 years or older

9. Termination Policy

BoxHiit30 reserves the right to terminate or revoke participation at any time, without notice or reason.

This exists to protect the safety, standards, and experience of our team and community. Disrespectful, disruptive, or non-compliant behavior may result in immediate removal.

Refunds or credits in these cases are granted at BoxHiit30’s sole discretion.

10. Studio Rules

Participants must comply with all BoxHiit30 studio rules, safety guidelines, and staff instructions. Failure to do so may result in removal from the program.

In the event of any conflict between the two, these terms take precedence during the Sponsored 8 Week Full Body Transformation Program

1. Program Overview

The BoxHIIT30 Sponsored 8-Week Reset (“the Program”) is a promotional offer in which selected participants receive 8 weeks of group training and coaching fully sponsored by BoxHIIT30.

This means all training, coaching, and nutrition guidance (valued at approx. $480) are provided free of charge, subject to the participant agreeing to the accountability conditions and refundable deposit policy below.

2. Eligibility & Enrolment

• Entry is by online application via Facebook or the official BoxHIIT30 website.

• Final selection is confirmed after an in-person or phone consultation with a BoxHIIT30 coach.

• Participants must be 18 years or older (or have parental consent if under 18).

3. Commitment Deposit

To participate, each selected applicant provides a Commitment Deposit, which is fully refundable upon successful completion of the program.

• The deposit amount varies by club (typically between $299–$599).

• The deposit confirms the participant’s commitment and reserves their sponsored spot.

• The deposit is refunded in full when all completion conditions are met (see below).

4. Completion Conditions for Deposit Refund

To qualify for the full deposit refund, participants must:

✅ Attend a minimum of 3 sessions per week (24 total across 8 weeks)

✅ Complete a body scan at the start and end of the program

✅ Follow the program guidelines as directed by their coach

✅ Maintain a positive, supportive attitude toward staff and other members

✅ Provide before and after photos (for progress tracking purposes only; these are not shared without written consent)

Failure to meet these requirements may result in partial or full forfeiture of the commitment deposit.

5. Required Gear & Setup

All participants are required to have the BoxHIIT30 Gear Pack to participate safely and effectively.

This ensures hygiene, consistency, and accurate progress tracking.

The Gear Pack ($200) includes:

• Boxing gloves

• Hand wraps

• Myzone heart-rate tracker

• 3x body composition scans

The gear pack is required for all participants, even if they already own gloves.

This ensures equipment consistency and safety for all members.

The gear pack fee is non-refundable and separate from the deposit.

6. Total to Start

The total to start is Deposit + Gear Pack (e.g., $500–$799 depending on club).

• Can be paid in full or via an approved payment plan.

• The deposit portion is refunded upon completion; the gear portion is not.

Example:

$300 deposit + $200 gear = $500 total to start

→ Complete the 8 weeks = $300 refunded, gear yours to keep 🥊

7. Non-Completion or Withdrawal

If a participant withdraws early or fails to meet attendance or completion conditions:

• The training remains free (sponsorship honored).

• The participant forfeits their commitment deposit.

• The gear pack remains theirs to keep.

8. Continuation After 8 Weeks

At the end of the 8-week program, participants have the option to continue on a regular BoxHIIT30 membership.

In some cases, completion of the sponsored program may include access to exclusive continuation offers as a reward for commitment.

9. Health & Safety

• Participants must disclose any injuries or medical conditions before starting.

• BoxHIIT30 reserves the right to adjust or restrict participation if necessary.

• All training must be performed under the guidance of BoxHIIT30 staff.

10. Marketing & Media

By joining this program, participants grant BoxHIIT30 permission to use non-identifiable photos, videos, and testimonials for promotional purposes, provided written consent is obtained for public sharing.

11. Refund Process

Upon verified completion of all program conditions, the participant’s deposit will be refunded within 10 business days to their original payment method.

12. Acknowledgment

By signing below, I confirm that:

• I understand that my training is fully covered under the sponsored program.

• I understand that my commitment deposit is refundable only upon meeting all completion conditions.

• I understand the gear pack is required and non-refundable.

• I agree to attend 3 sessions per week and complete all requirements.

Free 8 Week Full Body Transformation Programme

These Terms & Conditions apply specifically to the Free 8 Week Full Body Transformation Programme. and are in addition to BoxHiit30’s standard Membership Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between the two, these terms take precedence during the Free 8 Week Full Body Transformation Programme.

1. Program Overview

The Free 8-Week Transformation Challenge (“the Challenge”) is a sponsored program provided by BoxHIIT30.

Participants receive 8 weeks of training and coaching at no charge, subject to meeting the participation and accountability conditions outlined below.

The goal of this program is to help participants achieve measurable health and fitness improvements through consistent attendance, accountability, and engagement.

2. Eligibility & Enrolment

• Participants must be 18 years or older (or have parental consent if under 18).

• Entry is by online registration and trial session via Facebook or the official BoxHIIT30 website.

• Final selection is confirmed after an in-person meeting with a BoxHIIT30 coach and signing this agreement.

3. Program Duration

The Challenge runs for 8 consecutive weeks from the participant’s official start date.

Participants are expected to attend sessions throughout the 8-week period.

4. What’s Included

✅ Unlimited group training sessions (Boxing + HIIT)

✅ Coaching, accountability, and progress tracking

✅ Access to Myzone tracking and body scans (where available)

5. Required Gear (Mandatory Purchase)

All participants must have the official BoxHIIT30 Gear Pack to participate.

This ensures hygiene, safety, and accurate progress tracking.

The Gear Pack ($200) includes:

• Boxing gloves

• Hand wraps

• Myzone heart-rate tracker

• 3x body composition scans

This gear is required for all participants, even if they already own equipment.

The gear pack is not included in the free offer and is non-refundable.

6. Conditions of the “Free” Offer

To qualify for the program at no cost, participants agree to complete all of the following:

Attendance:

• Attend a minimum of 5 sessions per week (40 total over 8 weeks).

Social Accountability:

• Post on Instagram and Facebook (feed + story) tagging @BoxHIIT30 for each session attended.

• Check in on Facebook each visit.

• Complete a weekly body scan to track progress.

Content & Results Sharing:

• Provide before and after photos when requested by the club.

• Provide written and video testimonials upon completion, including permission for BoxHIIT30 to use this content for marketing purposes.

• Leave reviews on Google, Facebook, and any other platform nominated by BoxHIIT30.

7. Failure to Meet Conditions

If a participant does not meet all the above conditions (attendance, social posting, check-ins, or review/testimonial requirements), the program will no longer be considered free.

In that case, the participant agrees to pay the standard 8-week program fee of $480, less any partial credit applied for completed weeks.

8. Accountability Deposit (Optional Upgrade)

In some cases, BoxHIIT30 may offer a refundable deposit structure instead of this free program. This document applies only to participants under the “Free Challenge” conditions.

9. Continuation After 8 Weeks

At the end of the Challenge, participants may choose to continue training on a regular membership plan.

This is optional, and all membership pricing will be explained prior to continuation.

10. Health & Safety

• Participants must disclose any pre-existing injuries or medical conditions before starting.

• BoxHIIT30 reserves the right to modify exercises or participation if a medical concern arises.

• Participants agree to train responsibly and follow coach instructions at all times.

11. Marketing & Media Release

By joining this Challenge, participants grant BoxHIIT30 permission to use images, videos, and testimonials for promotional purposes across social media, website, and advertising, without additional compensation.

12. Cancellations

• Participants may withdraw before the program starts without penalty.

• Once training begins, withdrawal forfeits eligibility for the free offer.

13. Acknowledgment

By signing below, I confirm that:

• I have read and understood all the terms and conditions above.

• I understand the training component is free only if I meet the conditions listed.

• I understand the $200 Gear Pack is required and non-refundable.

• I agree to all participation, attendance, and accountability requirements.
