BoxHiit30 – 1-Month Free Membership Giveaway Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 12 May 2025

1. Promotion Overview

Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these conditions. Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility

The giveaway is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 and over. Employees of BoxHiit30, its partners, or any agency involved in the promotion — and their immediate families — are not eligible to enter.

3. Promotional Period

The promotion opens on 12 May 2025 and closes at 11:59pm on 27 May 2025 NZT (“Promotional Period”).

4. How to Enter

To enter during the Promotional Period:

  • Follow @BoxHiit30 on Facebook or Instagram

  • Comment on the promotional post telling us why you’re excited to try BoxHiit30

Only one entry per person. Incomplete or duplicate entries will be deemed invalid.

5. Winner Selection

One winner will be drawn at random under staff supervision on 28 May 2025. The decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. Prize Details

The winner will receive:

  • 1-Month Free Membership at any BoxHiit30 location (valued at up to $260 NZD)

    The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.

7. Prize Notification & Redemption

The winner will be notified by direct message via the platform they entered on (Facebook or Instagram). If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, a new winner may be drawn.

The prize must be activated within 14 days of notification. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize.

8. Publicity

By entering, entrants consent to their name and entry being used for promotional purposes (including social media announcements and content) without compensation. Winners may be asked to take part in promotional photography or videos.

9. Liability

BoxHiit30 and its associated agencies will not be held liable for:

  • Any late, lost, misdirected, or corrupted entries

  • Any technical issues that may prevent entry

  • Any damage, injury, or loss arising from participation in the promotion or use of the prize

10. Privacy

By entering, entrants consent to BoxHiit30 collecting and using their personal information for the purpose of conducting the promotion and contacting the winner. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the NZ Privacy Act 2020 and BoxHiit30’s Privacy Policy. Entrants may opt out of future communications at any time.
