How it works

Station 1
Warm-up

Dynamic movements to loosen up and get ready for action. This high-energy warm-up fires up your muscles, boosts your heart rate, and sets the tone for a knockout workout.

Stations 2 & 3
Strength & conditioning

Functional strength exercises using equipment (e.g. dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, bodyweight). Focus on total-body strength, toning and endurance.

Stations 4 to 8
Boxing

High-energy stations with heavy bags, speed bags, and double-end bags. Punch and hit combos for cardio, strength, and stress relief.

Station 9
Core & abs finisher

Focused core and abdominal work to strengthen and define. This final station targets your midsection with precision moves to build strength, stability, and serious definition.

Your first experience at BoxHiiT 30 will include:

Friendly intro and gym walkthrough.


Trainer teaches basic techniques (punches, stance).


Guided through warm-up, all 9 stations, then cool down.
