  • We’re built for busy people who don’t have time for rigid class schedules or intimidating workouts. Our sessions are 30 minutes, fully guided, and built for real life — not fitness influencers.

  • Just comfy workout clothes and a water bottle. We’ll lend you gloves and wraps if you don’t have your own. And your first session includes a body scan + intro chat.
